We manage online campaigns for the Children's Art Biennale festival.

Children's Art Biennale is one of the projects of the Children’s Art Center in Poznań. The festival brings together visual arts, literature, dance, and theatre. The event raises questions about what meaningful art for children should look like. Instead of offering simple answers, it invites shared reflection and experience—engaging children, artists, and adults in a thoughtful, sometimes challenging, but always genuine conversation.

what we do

We focus our efforts on raising awareness about the event and driving ticket sales.

We kicked off the collaboration by setting up analytics systems. By collecting and passing user behavior data to ad platforms (such as engagement, ticket clicks, contact intent, and form submissions), we are able to optimize ticket sales campaigns more effectively.

We execute campaigns on Meta and Google advertising networks. We support the client in the preparation of ad creatives by providing recommendations on required formats and sales mechanisms to be incorporated into the design process.

We analyze data from the sales system, website, and advertising networks, offering optimization suggestions and technical improvements to enhance performance.

A key element of the campaign collaboration was fast communication and regular updates from the client on ticket sales for individual program events. This allowed the campaigns to be optimized efficiently and in real time.

how we do it

Our campaigns are conducted on Biennale's accounts, ensuring that user data remains with the client and results are fully transparent.

Before launching the campaigns, we worked with the client to define the main goals for this year’s activities. We then proposed the media budget size and its allocation across advertising networks. In the media plan, we presented detailed guidelines for the graphic and text assets required for the ads, with the creation of these assets handled by the client.

Meta Campaigns focus on both sales and brand awareness. We use a wide variety of ad formats and continuously analyze audience reactions to the creatives.

Google Ads Campaigns focus on Search, YouTube and Display. We target high-intent buyers with carefully selected and regularly reviewed keywords.

We optimize campaigns several times a week, turning off less effective solutions and enhancing those that deliver the best results.

We provide two reports - one halfway through the activities and a final one summarizing the entire campaign. They contain detailed insights into creative and technical aspects. These reports, combined with regular meetings with the client, allow us to effectively plan future activities.
