We are committed to ensuring that every team member develops expert-level skills. We don’t create roles that involve simple, repetitive tasks—instead, we focus on broadening each individual’s analytical perspective and capabilities.

Another aspect of this approach is our belief in the value of raising market awareness. That’s why we actively participate in mentoring programs and other initiatives to share knowledge and experiences.

This year, I’m once again participating as a mentor in the ReaktorX acceleration program, but for the first time, I have the privilege of supporting a team as a lead mentor.

As part of the program, I help young entrepreneurs preparing their startups for initial funding refine their business ideas, plan strategies, and implement actions to turn their vision into a fully functioning business.
