How we helped Klub Komediowy Increase revenue by 58% during the most challenging sales period of the year?
Klub Komediowy is an iconic comedy venue on Warsaw’s cultural map. We’ve written about our collaboration before. At the beginning of 2025, the client presented us with a new challenge: increasing ticket sales for summer performances —the period with the lowest attendance.








There are several reasons, and together they paint a clear picture: people simply spend less time indoors.
To tackle this, we developed a set of recommendations and discussed them during a joint workshop with the Klub Komediowy team. That’s where the idea for the Summer Comedy Pass emerged. The goal was to encourage returning visits, strengthen customer loyalty, and smooth out the attendance across the summer months. Advance pass sales also made it easier to forecast interest in specific shows and to optimize both the repertoire and promotional strategy we manage for Klub Komediowy.


In early May, we launched pass sales supported by a targeted media campaign. The passes sold out in just three weeks. The campaign delivered a ROAS of 17.64.
