online campaigns
We support PC Help in reaching online people who seek therapy.
Centrum Psychoterapii Help (PC Help) is a team of experienced mental health professionals. The Psychotherapy Center operates two offices in Warsaw and one each in Poznań and Szczecin, offering therapy sessions both in-person and online.
Promoting mental health services requires sensitivity and care. In collaboration with PC Help, we created materials free from dramatic messaging or references to crises individuals seeking therapy might be experiencing. Our priority was to act responsibly to ensure that the messaging would not harm or distress the audience.
Despite implementing a cautious communication strategy, our campaigns on Google and Facebook advertising networks effectively drive the traffic. What is crucial, these campaigns achieve a significantly lower cost per conversion compared to popular platforms aggregating mental health services.
Campaigns are executed on PC Help’s advertising accounts, ensuring user data remains with the client and results are fully transparent.
Each week, based on available slots for specific therapy types, we prepare an action plan and budget allocation.
Campaigns are optimized multiple times a week to disable ineffective approaches, enhance high-performing ones, and redirect budgets to platforms delivering the most cost-efficient leads.
The majority of the budget is allocated to Google, the primary channel for client acquisition. Facebook advertising complements and supports these efforts.
Each campaign is concluded with a monthly analytical report, providing insights into both technical and creative aspects, enabling more effective planning for future campaigns.
Our collaboration with PC Help began following the client’s negative experiences with another agency. Comparing the results from our 10 months of collaboration to the same period under the previous agency, our performance has significantly exceeded expectations:
