We provide strategic support and manage online campaigns for Children's Art Center.
Children's Art Center in Poznań is a nearly 40-year-old institution and a main center in Poland dedicated to creative work for children and youth. As the Centre describes itself:

Our strategic collaboration operates in the most effective way—through direct dialogue.
Instead of producing extensive documents, we focus on a series of mentoring sessions where the management team discusses current challenges and draws from our expertise. Through this approach, we have: organized the structure of departments and positions responsible for communication, defined the framework for a communication strategy, developed a brand architecture, enhanced the visual identity system, established KPIs for various operational areas of the institution. Ongoing challenges guide the direction of our collaborative work.
We also support Centrum Sztuki Dziecka by running online campaigns. These efforts focus on both awareness-building and performance-driven goals for events such as the Biennale of Art for Children, the International Young Audience Film Festival Ale Kino!, and other activities hosted at Scena Wspólna. Campaigns are executed on Meta and Google advertising networks.

We execute campaigns on Meta and Google networks.
Our collaboration began with the setup of marketing tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Ads. This allows us to optimize campaigns for specific events, such as "Buy Ticket" clicks, submission of registration forms, or newsletter sign-ups.
Before launching a campaign, we collaborate with the client to define the strategy and goals. We then propose a media budget allocation across the advertising networks.
We are responsible for creating creative direction and recommendations for ads and copywriting, while the client provides the advertising assets.
On Meta, our efforts encompass not only sales but also brand awareness and engagement-building.
In Google campaigns, we utilize search, display, and YouTube ads.
We optimize campaigns several times a week, turning off the least effective solutions and enhancing those that yield the best results. We stay in constant contact with the client, who informs us about the ticket sales status for promoted events, enabling us to quickly adapt to changing sales goals.
For every project, during and after its conclusion, we prepare an analytical report that includes insights and recommendations on technical and creative aspects. Together with client meetings, these reports enable increasingly effective future campaigns.
