Group 4822 emerges from the merger of two expert teams: Neemblee—a performance agency specializing in scaling businesses through data-driven strategies and leveraging online advertising networks—and we3studio, a branding and design boutique operating at the intersection of artistic and functional graphics.
The combination of technical expertise and strategic perspective, paired with bold creativity and an awareness of current trends in visual culture, delivers measurable results.
We’ve already proven this in our past collaborations. Together, we’ve executed multichannel campaigns, designed websites, developed identities for new and existing brands, and conducted precisely targeted online sales activities—all with excellent outcomes.
But good results are just the beginning. For us, they are the minimum requirement. By themselves, they don’t fully satisfy us.
True success, in our eyes, comes from finding purpose in work grounded in shared values and positive project energy.

We work in a model based on continuous experimentation and data analysis. Our clients never lack recommendations—we constantly test new directions and pinpoint variables that influence results. Combining previously separate creative and performance teams has significantly enhanced this process.
Both teams cultivate broad expertise, avoiding narrow specialization. We don’t divide roles into thinkers and doers. A flat structure and direct communication distinguish us at every level of collaboration.
a) You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and how the process works. For online campaigns, we recommend working directly on your advertising accounts. For creative projects, we actively involve you in the work.
b) At 4822, you won’t be served by an account manager who doesn’t understand the subject and whose sole job is to be polite. Your contact on our side will be a subject-matter expert directly managing your project. We don’t treat client service as a standalone specialization.
c) Every collaboration includes recommendations based on data analysis, with suggestions for changes and new initiatives.
